International and Cross-strait Affairs Office

Introduction

The Office of International and Cross-strait Affairs (OICA) was established in April 2017. Formerly known as the Center for International and Cross-Strait Exchange Affairs, it was set up in September 2010 to implement the international and cross-strait humanities, education, academic exchanges and cooperation between enterprises and universities. It has been a secondary unit of the administrative organization, positioned under the secretary’s office, and directly reports to the secretary general of CNU. In response to the increasing importance of overseas and cross-strait recruitment and international engagement, the school has upgraded the Center to become a level one administrative unit, the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs since 2017.
